Sooo what do you hate most about your job?

I just saw a post asking what you love about your job and the comments were FABULOUS! But now can I ask what you hate? I am considering getting into the business and honestly what to know the good and the BAD!

    Redfin Associate Agents

For anybody working as a Redfin AA...do you have the ability to make any money through referrals? I realize you aren't deal writing, but if you have connections that you bring in as a buyer or seller, will you get anything for that?

    Zillow photos to video (automated)

    Posted: 15 Aug 2020 10:31 AM PDT

To all the realtors here, I made a software tool for a realtor friend and am considering making it into a product.

Simply put, the software let you input a zillow property link and create a quick movie from the property photos. It is possible to add custom texts on top of photos.

Would like to get input on whether you would find it helpful. Any thoughts?

I made an eye catching graphic for a social media ad listing, what do you think?

From start to finish, what's your least favorite part of helping buyers find a home?

For the sake of this example, let's say it was a really smooth sale, and very little bumps along the way.

    A question for realtor couples

    Posted: 14 Aug 2020 05:21 PM PDT

So, my wife, who ponders all the biggest questions in the universe, has us both stumped, and we're turning to the experts.

Do realtors meet in school, get married, and then tackle a town together?

Or do they compete in a town, fall in love and join forces?
