Real Estate Photography: Planning to offer 3D tours and wondering how. |
| Planning to offer 3D tours and wondering how. Posted: 21 Dec 2020 02:10 PM PST I've started using a Ricoh Z1 along with the Matterport app to caputre 3d tours for one client of mine. I don't know how they process it and I don't want to ask them for a few reasons. I capture with the Ricoh through the Matterport app. I upload it to them and they get measurements, blueprints, and the doll house from it. They have a matterport subscription, but they somehow get the blueprints via a 3rd party. Do any of you do it this way and if so, which company does it? I'm wanting to offer the 3d scans myself, but I don't want to get into the Matterport subscription yet since I'm not selling the service a ton. What is the most cost effective way of offering the Ricoh 3d scan to potential clients while not losing money if I'm not getting a ton of work out of it? [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 21 Dec 2020 01:48 PM PST I have a Nikon D5600 with a Nikon 18-55mm VR Lens and Nikon 10-20mm Wide angle lens. 3 batteries and the charger. The camera and lenses are Basically new, I upgraded to a mirrorless and would like to recoup some of my cost and help provide someone who can't afford this set up at full price. Great starter kit for a new comer. PM if interested. Delete of not allowed. Thank you. [link] [comments] |
